What I’m reading

When it comes to reading, some of us are drawn to fiction writings of far-off places or mythical adventures. Others may like to get lost in a murder mystery or a romance novel that lets them escape everyday life. However, I have come to realize that I prefer non-fiction writing. It began with biographies of people I was interested in and has slowly evolved into what some might call spiritual writing. This is not a path I necessarily chose. I hadn’t set out on a “spiritual journey” intentionally, but I have found that the last several books I have read have carried an underlying theme that has helped shape the journey I am on. Some may call it “woo-woo,” and that’s ok with me because I find myself in the most peaceful state I have ever been in, so whatever gets me there is okay with me. If you’re interested, here are some of the most recent books on my list.
