This study challenged us to explore our bodies. It asked to list favorite foods and categorize them by healthy and unhealthy choices, and to then capture images of what was envisioned the body would look like after 6 months of eating from only the unhealthy list and then again from only the healthy list. But more than that, it provoked thought on balance, moderation, and self-love when it comes to the self.
